Kyle Fowle
Kyle is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a deep commitment to helping people reconnect with their values, explore their inner worlds, and create lives that feel meaningful and present.
He works with adults & couples navigating anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns—and has a particular passion for supporting men’s mental health. Having seen first-hand how stigma can keep men from reaching out, Kyle is dedicated to creating a space where all clients feel safe, respected, and heard. As a father and husband himself, he also understands the unique challenges and rewards that come with parenting and the roles men take on in their lives, and brings that insight into his work with clients.
Kyle’s style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. He draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), existential therapy, mindfulness, and parts work. Whether it’s helping you navigate difficult emotions without getting stuck, improving your relationships, or finding clarity on life’s bigger questions, Kyle meets you where you are and works alongside you to create change that lasts.
His approach is person-centred, meaning he sees you as the expert on your life. In session, you can expect compassion, curiosity, and a calm, non-judgemental presence—along with practical tools you can take into daily life.
Outside the therapy room, Kyle enjoys CrossFit, losing himself in a good book, sharing tacos with friends, and finding moments of quiet reflection.
