  • We specialize in supporting men at all stages of life. This includes individual therapy for men, couples therapy, and programs focused on fatherhood and family life. While our focus is men’s mental health, we also support partners and families who want to strengthen their relationships.

  • Some common concerns men bring to therapy include:

    • Stress, burnout, or anger management

    • Anxiety and depression

    • Relationship challenges and communication struggles

    • Fatherhood transitions and parenting stress

    • Workplace stress or career concerns

    • Challenges with emotional connection and vulnerability

    If you’re not sure if therapy is the right fit, we can discuss your situation during an intake call.

  • Therapy is a confidential, collaborative process. Sessions are typically 50 minutes and can take place in person or online. Our therapists use evidence-based approaches to help clients build practical tools and deeper self-awareness.

  • Not at all. Many men come to therapy before things reach a breaking point. Some want to work on communication, strengthen their relationships, or simply have a space to reflect. Therapy can be both a proactive and a restorative step.

  • Our standard fee ranges between $150 - $170 per 50-minute session. We also offer an Affordable Therapy Program with student therapists, where fees are based on need and range from $40 to $90 per session. Our goal is to ensure that Men are able to access support.

  • Yes—most extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW) or Registered Psychotherapist (RP). We encourage you to check with your provider to confirm your coverage. You will receive a receipt after each session to submit for reimbursement.

  • Item descriptionTherapy works best when there’s a strong client-therapist connection. You can review our therapist profiles on our website, and our intake coordinator can help you choose someone aligned with your needs and schedule.

  • This depends on your goals and circumstances. Many clients start with weekly sessions, and as progress is made, sessions may move to biweekly or monthly. We’ll work with you to set a pace that fits your needs and budget.

  • Yes. We provide both in-person sessions at our Guelph office and secure online therapy across Ontario.
